The new tool helps users set understand the skills they need to acquire to meet career and life goals. The currently employed can browse industry or other training while prospective hires can become familiar with a new field before applying to a position.

Missouri Governor Mike Parson keynoted the opening of the 2021 ACT State Organizations virtual conference.  Gov. Parson shared Missouri's success with Work Ready Communities, preparing the workforce with WorkKeys, and economic recovery from disasters and pandemics alike.

Find out how Nevada’s ACT Work Ready Communities are helping identify and create qualified candidates for pre-apprenticeship programs at NV Energy, which provides energy to more than 2 million customers throughout the state. Clark County School District, Workforce Connections, and the College of Southern Nevada use ACT WorkKeys and the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate to create a pipeline of talent ready to participate in a four-year, 8,000-hour apprenticeship program for NV Energy.

Governor Mike Parson delivered Missouri's State of the State address Wednesday afternoon. The speech included Parson's support for all 114 Missouri counties to reach their WRC certification by the end of his term. For this year, the governor expressed a goal to offer WorkKeys to 12 thousand high schoolers in the Show-Me State.
